This is really not the right question to ask, the right question to ask is, how much caffeine should you consume to get the most out of your day? I've come up with a formula to help:
# of hours of sleep the night before 1-10 =S in formula ((((S*0.1)-1))*-1000)
Caffeine tolerance on a scale from 1-5 (highest) = TX100 milligrams
Body Mass Index # = BX5
Mood Ring Color (green = 10, Blue = 50 Black =100)
So the equation looks like ((((S*0.1)-1))*-1000)+TX50+Bx10+MRC / 2
Lets put the equation into practice.
Last night I slept 6 hours = 400
I have high tolerance. 5X100 or 500
BMI=23X5 or 115
Mood today is blue, or 50.
1065/2 or 532.5. Check my math, I've not had enough coffee yet.
Anyway, that means I need 532.5 milligrams today to be my best. That's 5 espresso shots, 3-5 cups of drip coffee or almost 10 Mountains Dews.
I hope this helps everyone.
